Some dental offices are just offices. Our office has been part of the Grand Rapids community since 1961, and the people who work here take that seriously.

We're a two-doctor private practice on the SE side of Grand Rapids, and we're looking for a full-time dental assistant to join our team (four days per week). If you're the kind of person who genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients, not just treating them, you'll fit right in here.

What the day looks like

You'll work chairside with our doctors on a wide range of general and cosmetic procedures, helping move cases forward smoothly and making patients feel at ease throughout. The role includes digital scanning, records and x-rays, light lab tasks, room stocking, and occasional front-office support. We use modern technology and keep things organized, but the culture here is warm and collaborative, not impersonal.

• Describe any experience you have with chairside assisting, dental software, or working in a clinical setting. If you're coming from outside dentistry, tell us about work that required close attention to detail and caring for others directly.
• This is a full-time position working four consistent days per week, Monday through Friday. We also work about 1 Saturday per month from 8:00am–1:00pm. Is that schedule compatible with your availability, and is there anything we should know upfront?
