Location: Broomfield, Colorado

Pay: $20.00–$35.00/hour DOE

About Us

We are a completely independent, single-dentist owner practice looking to add another high- level team member to our practice. We are a largely a fee-for-service dental practice focused on delivering the highest-quality treatments and exceptional patient care. Our six-person team works cooperatively to maintain an excellent work–life balance and a positive, professional environment. Our state-of-the-art practice integrates advanced technology including AI tools, 3D imaging, laser treatments, and intraoral scanning to deliver the best possible care and treatment outcomes. We provided a wide range of dental services including all general dental procedures plus endodontic therapy, oral surgery, soft tissue grafting, dental implant placement, full mouth reconstructions, and all on X therapy.

Schedule

Full-time (up to 40 hours/week). Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are full days, plus alternating half-days Monday or Friday. Our team loves our schedule with every other weekend being a four-day weekend.

Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding patient care and excellent customer service

- Prepare operatories, assist during procedures, and manage instrument sterilization

- Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization protocols and comply with all safety standards

- Operate/assist with 3D imaging and intraoral scanning systems; work with practice AI tools and updated tech

- Support the team to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Prior dental assisting experience or willingness to train on the job (some training provided)

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to infection-control standards

- Desire to provide the highest level of patient care

- Positive, can-do attitude and a team-player
