Dental Assistant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our doctors and ensure a positive experience for our patients. This role does not require expanded functions; however, required certifications must be current and valid.

Requirements:

• Coronal Polishing Certificate (required)
• Provisional Radiology License OR Standard Dental Radiology License (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take dental radiographs in compliance with licensing requirements
• Perform coronal polishing as permitted by certification
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow all OSHA and infection control protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
