Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time
Richardson, TX | Private, Out-of-Network Dental Office | 4-Day Work Week

Pay: $19.00 – $29.00 per hour (based on experience and skillset)

What You’ll Do

• Assist chairside with general, cosmetic, implant, and surgical procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operatory
• Support front office/administrative tasks as needed
• Deliver a calm, caring, and detail-oriented patient experience
• Follow protocols and ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks
• Contribute to a reliable, team-oriented, and positive environment

Requirements

• Texas Registered Dental Assistant certification (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (Preferred)
• Experience with Open Dental (Preferred)
• Phlebotomy training (a plus – or willingness to be trained)
