We’re looking for a Pediatric Dental Assistant who is energetic, compassionate, and loves working with children to partner with us in keeping our community healthy!

Position Overview:

We're looking for a spirited and dependable Pediatric Dental Assistant who can help make dental visits enjoyable for our young patients. From silly jokes and high-fives to calming nervous little ones, you’ll be a vital part of delivering excellent care and creating smiles—both during and after their visit!

Key Responsibilities:

● Greet and interact warmly with children and parents, helping everyone feel comfortable ● Complete coronal polishing and fluoride applications for patients

● Prepare treatment rooms and assist the pediatric dentist during dental procedures ● Take dental x-rays, photos and scans with patience and care

● Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene in a fun and engaging way

● Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly treatment area

● Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols

● Support front desk staff as needed (scheduling, follow-ups, etc.)

● Help keep the office atmosphere light, positive, and full of smiles!

Qualifications:

● Dental Assistant certification (Required)

● X-ray certification (Required or ability to obtain)

● Previous experience working with children (Preferred)

● CPR certification (Preferred)

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Positive attitude and dependable

● Ability to remain calm and cheerful in fast-paced environments
