Dental Assistant – Modern, AI-Driven Practice

Location: Fort Myers, FL| Fridays

We’re a fast-paced, tech-forward dental practice looking for a Dental Assistant who’s a true team player to join us on FRIDAYS. We use AI-assisted notes and dictation, an intraoral scanner, and an in-house milling unit for same-day crowns — plus a dedicated sterile tech to help keep rooms turning efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Chairside assisting, including same-day crown (CAD/CAM) procedures
• Use digital dentistry tech and AI-assisted charting/dictation
• Take X-rays and support smooth patient flow
• Chart and manage clinical notes using Dentrix
• Advanced procedures such as root canals, surgical extractions, implants, and veneers

What We’re Looking For

• Dental Assistant certification (state-dependent)
• X-ray certification preferred
• Dentrix experience required
• Comfortable in a busy, high-efficiency environment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
