Responsibilities:

• Work alongside our skilled dentists, assisting during a wide range of dental procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment, upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

• Utilize cutting-edge technology to capture digital x-rays and assist in diagnostic imaging.

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, helping them maintain optimal dental health.

• Manage inventory and dental material preparation to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring models and trimming impressions.

• Handle patient records accurately and confidentially in compliance with regulations.

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Familiarity with medical documentation and coding is a plus.

• Experience or interest in Orthodontics/Invisalign is a bonus but not required.

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in the state of California.

• Previous experience preferred, but motivated and fully licensed newcomers are welcome.
