Chicago Beautiful Smiles is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our growing, patient-focused team.

What You’ll Do

• Assist doctors during cosmetic and restorative procedures
• Prepare and maintain operatories with efficiency and attention to detail
• Support digital workflows (intraoral scanning, photography, documentation)
• Help create a smooth, comfortable, and high-quality patient experience
• Work closely with doctors and team members to support daily flow and consistency

What We’re Looking For

• Dental assisting experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Reliable, consistent, and accountable in daily responsibilities
• Comfortable in a structured environment with clear expectations
• Strong communication skills and professionalism with patients
