Dental Assistant Job in Qatar, Al Khor

Lotus Dental Center, a well-respected dental center located in Al Khor-Qatar, is seeking to hire 2 dental assistants/nurses on a full-time contract basis.

Salary and Benefits:

• Gross salary starting range QAR.6,000 to 7,000 depending on experience, skills and qualifications.
• Free furnished shared accommodation in Al Khor.
• Free transportation to and from work/accommodation.
• One economy class plane ticket every two years.
• Annual leaves: as per Qatar labor law.
• Contract period: Two years
• Probation period: as per Qatar labor law.

Summary of Job Description:

1-Assisting dentists, chair-side.

2-Assisting and educating patients about their treatment plan.

3-Infection control and sterilization.

4-Keeping track of clinic inventory.

5-Documentation and medical record keeping.

6-Assisting with insurance claims approval and submission.

7-Any other work-related tasks that might be required.

Summary of Job Requirements and Qualifications:

1-Graduate of Nursing, Dental Assisting, or Dental school with a university degree.

2-Preferred 2 years of uninterrupted experience during the past 3 years.

If no experience, then applicant will be required to join a one-year training program at Lotus Dental Center in order to be able to re-apply for a dental assistant position.

3-Applicant must pass Prometric exam for Dental Assistants required to obtain practice license in Qatar.

4-Applicant must obtain Data Flow verification report required to obtain practice license in Qatar.

5-Excellent command of English language both spoken and written.

6-Excellent knowledge of computer and internet.
