Part-Time Dental Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Dental Assistant (Spanish Speaking preferred) to join our growing dental practice on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care.

Schedule

• Part-time
• 3-4 days per week
• Saturdays are required

Pay

• $18–$22 per hour based on experience and certifications

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist during restorative, cosmetic, and general dental procedures
• Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms and instruments
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Chart treatment and update patient records
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Assist with patient scheduling and front desk support when needed
• Maintain OSHA and infection control standards
• Communicate effectively with patients

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
• Spanish Speaking preferred
• Knowledge of Dentrix and Dexis is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
