Dental Assistant/RDA

We are looking to bring on a rockstar full-time RDA/Dental Assistant for our fast growing, private practice in Santee. We are looking for a self-starter, bubbly, reliable, team player to join our growing team. Must have at least 2 years experience assisting in a general private practice. Must have at least 1 year Eaglesoft Experience. If you are upbeat, have excellent communication skills, experienced in dentistry, reliable, organized, and attentive to details then you would be an amazing fit with our team! Our newly remodeled office is modern and has brand new state of the art technology.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience required
• Eaglesoft knowledge is required
• Experience assisting sedation and implant surgery (preferred)
• Experience in full arch temporary for all on 4 and full arch reconstruction (preferred)
• Experience using Itero Scanning
• Experience in 3d printing AND fabricating CEREC crowns (preferred)
• X-ray and Coronal Polishing
• Must be a people person who has great energy, good vibe, and excellent communication skills!

Hours of Operation:

• Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday 7:00am -12:00pm

License/Certification:

• Certified Dental Assistant Certification (Required)
• X-ray Certification Required

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
• Utilize dental terminology and 3D scanning technology to enhance patient care.
• Maintain patient records in EMR systems like Eaglesoft while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Fabricate dental appliances and assist in the application of prosthodontics and endodontics.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and post-operative care.
• Support the dental team in a private practice environment, ensuring a smooth workflow.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
