Dental Assistant/Receptionist

JOB TITLE: Dental Assistant & Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)
LOCATION: Dentico Dental Care, Kharadi, Pune
WORK MODE: On-Site
TIMINGS: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
SALARY: Starting from ₹6,500 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE
Dentico Dental Care is looking for a reliable and patient-friendly team member who can efficiently manage both dental assisting and front-desk responsibilities. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of a modern, ethical dental setup focused on excellent patient experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Front Desk & Reception:

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in experience
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and follow-up confirmations
• Maintain patient records and basic data entry
• Handle phone calls and respond to queries
• Manage billing, receipts, and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Dental Assisting:

• Assist the doctor during procedures (chairside support)
• Prepare and set up instruments before treatments
• Manage sterilization and cleaning of instruments and equipment
• Maintain inventory of dental materials and consumables
• Ensure the operatory room is clean, organized, and ready for each patient

REQUIREMENTS

• Freshers welcome
• Basic understanding of English (reading and speaking)
• Good communication skills and a polite, patient-friendly attitude
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and punctuality
• Ability to multitask and take initiative
• Willingness to learn dental procedures and clinic operations
