Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Schedule:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and every other Saturday

What You’ll Do

Back Office Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Chart accurately and maintain detailed patient records
• Prepare temporary crowns
• Ensure strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Turn over and prepare treatment rooms efficiently
• Provide clear post-op instructions to patients

Front Office Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude
• Answer phones and schedule appointments with ease
• Review treatment plans and collect payments
• Verify insurance and help patients understand their benefits
• Keep patient records organized and up to date

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1-3 years of dental experience preferred
• Dental Assistant certification required
• X-ray & coronal polishing certifications required
• Knowledge of dental procedures and instruments
• Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus (not required)
• Insurance and billing experience is a bonus
• CPR certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
