Position Overview
We are seeking a Dental Clinic Coordinator to oversee and manage daily clinic operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, healthcare knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between patients, dentists, and internal teams. The Dental Clinic Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Centro Dental Tetuan LLC’s reputation for excellence in dental services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinic activities including patient scheduling, documentation, and service support.
• Liaise with patients, dentists, and suppliers to ensure efficient communication.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, treatments, and clinic operations.
• Support billing, procurement, and resource allocation activities.
• Prepare reports on clinic performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing dental health awareness programs and community initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in clinic coordination, healthcare administration, or patient services.
• Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations and patient management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and clinic management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
