  • Supervise the proper and timely stock management of dental materials and supplies; maintain inventory, evaluate suppliers, and lead cost-saving initiatives.
  • Track new trends in dental materials; arrange trials with suppliers and seek Medical Director approval before integrating them into practice.

Staff & Dentist Management

  • Oversee daily work allocation and performance of all clinic staff, dental assistants, and dentists.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-caliber dentists and support staff, with all hiring, incentive, and package decisions finalized in conjunction with the Medical Director.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations; set KPIs and incentive/commission structures for dentists and staff to align with clinic objectives.
  • Schedule shift rosters, approve leave, and ensure adequate coverage and staff morale.

  • Evaluate and test marketing service providers before onboarding; review analytics and generate reports to ensure ROI.
  • Propose and supervise marketing events (in-clinic & online), patient retention strategies, and partnership programs, subject to Medical Director’s clearance.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all clinic operations and protocols comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, patient privacy, and infection control.
  • Lead complaint/incident investigations and promptly resolve all compliance issues under guidance of Medical Director.
