Dental Coder

We are currently looking for a dental coder to join our team.

Job description:

· Ability to work with problem claims & denials experience.

· Knowledgeable in CPT codes and diagnosis codes in all dental specialties.

· Obtaining approvals for dental procedures (General & Specialist)

· Ensure completeness of patient files in accordance with JAWDA and DOH requirements.

· Knowledge in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)

· Assisting with invoicing for insurance processing and billing.

· Communicate and follow up with insurance companies regarding eligibility, payments, approvals, reconciliation, and other requirements.

· Maintain and update records related to pre-approvals and reconciliation.

· Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly report, and documentation.

· Work cooperatively with other Clinic & Admin staff in a positive team approach.

· Creating & Generating Weekly Reports based on Doctors Productivity.
