Front Desk

The Front Desk team serves as the first point of contact for all patients arriving at AIDM, managing patient arrival flow, registration, communication routing, and

handoff coordination to clinical teams. This role also serves as the primary internal monitor of the third-party call center and scheduling service, ensuring that patient

access is seamless and that scheduling issues are identified and escalated promptly.

Core Responsibilities

  • Greet patients upon arrival, verify registration information, and ensure intake documentation is complete
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out workflows accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain awareness of daily schedule status and communicate patient flow updates to the Clinic Coordinator
  • Route inbound patient communications to the appropriate internal team or staff member
  • Monitor third-party call center/scheduling service outputs for accuracy, access issues, and patient experience concerns
  • Escalate scheduling discrepancies and call center performance issues to the Clinic Coordinator
  • Coordinate with Treatment Coordinator on new patient handoffs and consultation arrivals
  • Initiate service recovery routing for patient complaints or access concerns

Knowledge of Open Dental is a plus.

Bi lingual is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
