Overview:
Come work with Hingham's finest, dental team. We are a busy multi specialty dental practice seeking an experienced dental office Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer service-oriented, and proficient in managing front desk operations in a dental office setting. Applicants must be friendly and possess a strong work ethic. Knowledge of Dentrix and Vyne software is helpful. Main job responsibilities include, filing dental insurance claims; maintaining the schedule and collecting co- payments. We offer a competitive salary. Please e-mail your resume. Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk activities including answering phones emails, and text messages, scheduling appointments, collecting and explaining copayments and greeting patients.
- - Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage front office operations effectively.
- Excellent customer service abilities to provide a welcoming environment for patients.
- Experience working at the front desk dental office is preferred.
-Knowledge of Dentrix software helpful
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties would be advantageous.
