Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Team Member (Pediatric Dental Office)

We’re a small, team-oriented pediatric dental office looking for a warm, organized, and dependable team member to join us long-term.

Our office is positive, collaborative, and focused on creating a great experience for kids and their families. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team, takes pride in their work, and brings a great attitude every day.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and families and create a positive first impression
• Answer phones and help schedule appointments efficiently
• Assist with insurance verification, billing, and payments
• Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
• Communicate clearly with patients, parents, and team members
• Help maintain a clean, professional, and timely office environment

Dental experience is a plus, but not required.
