Practice Operational Hours

Monday - Wednesday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm

Thursday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Friday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Hygienist Schedule: Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

PRN other days if available

• Current BLS/CPR certifications
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
• Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
