What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive cleanings and exams for patients of all ages with a focus on comfort and preventive care.
• Take and record vital signs and detailed medical histories to ensure safe and effective treatment.
• Provide oral health education tailored to individual needs, promoting long-term care and wellness.
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records in Eaglesoft.
• Implement strict infection control protocols, contributing to a safe and efficient clinical environment.
• Assist in pediatric dentistry, creating positive early experiences for our youngest patients.
• Collaborate with Dr. Perez and the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct documentation reviews to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information.

Who You Are

• A licensed Dental Hygienist with a passion for patient care.
• Proficient in Open dental or similar dental management software.
• Knowledgeable about HIPAA compliance and infection control practices.
• Skilled in taking vital signs and performing thorough assessments
• Detail-oriented, organized, and confident in medical documentation and coding.
• A strong communicator who connects easily with patients and thrives in a team-oriented setting.
