Renken Dentistry is looking for a growth-minded individual to add to our Billing/Insurance teams. You must be a team player who is friendly, engaging, and passionate about moving our team, patients, and practice to greater levels of health.

The Position

We’re looking for a team member who has a team oriented disposition, a growth mindset, and excellent communication skills. This team member should have 3+ years experience in dental billing and insurance.

This position will:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and ensure that all billing and insurance questions are addressed in a timely manner.
• Complete auditing and review of accounts to ensure all information is received by insurance. This helps to continue to move our team, patients, and practice to health.
• Review patient accounts to ensure accuracy of statements. Send billing statements to patients on a regular basis and complete payment posting.

Requirements & Responsibilities Associated with Our Five Values

• Partner to Serve Others: Partner with patients and team members to ensure we have appropriate information to be able to provide accurate billing and insurance verification.
• Organize Well for Good Results: Complete regular auditing and review patient accounts to ensure accurate billing statements. Send patient billing statements and follow up on outstanding accounts. Complete payment posting.
• Learn, Laugh, and Grow–Even When It’s Hard: Provide support and assist in addressing any issues that arise in relation to patients’ billing and insurance inquiries.
• Create a Healthy Community: Complete insurance verification to ensure that claims are processed and paid correctly. Work effectively with the RCM and other teams to ensure a healthy revenue cycle for the company.

Position Location

This position is fully remote after the initial training period, with occasional on-site attendance as needed. Full-time employment is available.

• Monday- 7:30am-5:00pm
• Tuesday- 7:30am-5:00pm
• Wednesday- 7:30am-5:00pm
• Thursday- 7:30am-5:00pm
• Friday- 7:30am-12:00pm

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
