Dental Insurance Verification Specialist (On-site)

As our team continues to expand, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our dental support department.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Insurance Verification Specialist to support US-based dental practices. The ideal candidate will have prior experience verifying insurance benefits, communicating with insurance companies, and ensuring accurate patient coverage information before appointments and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits for patients
• Confirm coverage details, limitations, deductibles, frequencies, and waiting periods
• Check pre-authorizations and insurance requirements when needed
• Update patient insurance information accurately in the system
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding benefit verification
• Coordinate with front desk and billing teams to avoid claim issues
• Maintain detailed verification notes and documentation
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and on time

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in dental or medical insurance verification
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Good understanding of insurance terminology and verification workflows
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Experience with US dental insurance is preferred

Work Schedule

• Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday
• Location: Rawalpindi (on-site only)
• Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per hour
