Method Dental Lab is an innovative, digital-first dental lab specializing in high-quality restorations. We leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI, 3D printing, and advanced CAD/CAM systems, to deliver exceptional results. As we continue to expand, we're seeking an experienced 3Shape CAD Designer to join our team on-site and play a vital role in creating a wide range of dental restorations, from implants to nightguards and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Design a variety of dental restorations, including Full Contour Crowns, Bridges, Veneers, Implants, Nightguards, and more using 3Shape CAD/CAM software.
- Handle complex cases, including full arch restorations and implant-supported designs, based on doctors' prescriptions.
- Ensure precision and quality for each case, adhering to Method Dental Lab’s high standards.
- Collaborate closely with our team, providing expertise in digital workflows and delivering optimal outcomes.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CAD/CAM design experience in a dental lab setting, with a focus on 3Shape software.
- Advanced proficiency with 3Shape Design software; experience with Exocad is a plus.
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, terminology, and morphology.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with our internal team and clients.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, digitally-driven lab environment focused on continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- CDT certification and/or specific experience with implants is a plus.
- A record of high-quality design work in dental restorations.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
