JOB PURPOSE: 
Responsible for waxing and finishing prosthetics for patients in need.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Denture processing</li>
<li>Wax-up</li>
<li>Festooning</li>
<li>Carving of teeth</li>
<li>Rough and fine finishing</li>
<li>Repairs and relines</li>
<li>Various lab duties</li>
</ul>
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma</li>
</ul>
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Confident and comfortable working with your hands</li>
<li>Same-day denture experience preferred</li>
<li>Good hand-eye coordination</li>
<li>Mechanical ability and/or artistic ability</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a team environment</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Highly organized</li>
<li>Understanding of OSHA protocol and be willing to cross-train in all areas of the lab</li>
<li>Experience as a denture lab technician completing waxing and processing duties preferred</li>
<li>1 year of experience trimming and pouring denture models required</li>
