Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dental Nurse to join our team at Clinica Joelle LLC. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in dental care, chairside assistance, and patient management. You will work closely with dentists to ensure high-quality patient care, maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, and support a smooth workflow in the dental department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and ready for each patient.
• Take and develop dental X-rays (if licensed/certified).
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts as directed by the dentist.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive dental practices.
• Manage dental inventory and ensure availability of necessary materials.
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• DHA Registered Nurse (RN) or DHA Licensed Dental Nurse.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a dental clinic or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment.
• Team player with a professional and positive attitude.
