What you’ll do:

Answer inbound calls, follow up, confirm, and reschedule to maximize booked-and-shown. Fill the hygiene schedule by reviewing the following lists: Sooner if possible, quickfill, and recall within the dental software system. Utilize CRM to schedule, cancel, confirm, or reschedule dental appointments.

Stimulate new patient growth through sales, marketing, and promotional programs.

Re-establish past patients (reactivation)

Track notes and appointments using our CRM while staying HIPAA compliant.

Hit clear KPIs, booked, and shown appointments.

Must-haves:

Positive attitude, go-getter, team player, outgoing with an ability to connect with patients on the phone.

Excellent phone skills and multi-tasking (juggle multiple hats calmly.)

Ability to learn and implement new scripts.

How we pay:

Base $18-$24/hr + Performance bonuses (final rate depends on experience)
