Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate scheduling in the system.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services and procedures.
• Maintain and update dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Process patient payments
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and patient flow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Dental office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and share ideas for improving patient care and marketing efforts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a calm and patient demeanor.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
