Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills case acceptance and a comprehensive understanding of dental practice management, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional patient care while maintaining efficient office operations. This role requires a blend of fiscal management, human resources oversight, and medical office experience to support our staff and enhance patient satisfaction. Experienced Dental Management Needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the dental practice, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.
  • Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, billing, and collections.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
  • Implement and manage office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care and service delivery.
  • Utilize EMR/EHR systems effectively for patient documentation and management.
  • Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for clinical staff.
  • Handle human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in dental management.

Skills

  • Strong fiscal management capabilities with experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
  • Dental office management experience required. Available 3 Saturdays out of the month 9am-2pm and 3 days a week 11am-7pm required.
  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff alike.
  • Understanding of managed care processes and utilization management principles.
  • Previous veterinary experience is a plus but not required. We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about enhancing the patient experience through effective practice management to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
