Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills case acceptance and a comprehensive understanding of dental practice management, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional patient care while maintaining efficient office operations. This role requires a blend of fiscal management, human resources oversight, and medical office experience to support our staff and enhance patient satisfaction. Experienced Dental Management Needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the dental practice, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.
- Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, billing, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records.
- Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Implement and manage office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care and service delivery.
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems effectively for patient documentation and management.
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for clinical staff.
- Handle human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in dental management.
Skills
- Strong fiscal management capabilities with experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
- Dental office management experience required. Available 3 Saturdays out of the month 9am-2pm and 3 days a week 11am-7pm required.
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff alike.
- Understanding of managed care processes and utilization management principles.
