Dental Plaster Technician

About Us

We are seeking a motivated Plaster Dental Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, attention to detail, and supporting the technical production of dental restorations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and assess dental impressions from clinics.
• Mix and pour dental plaster and stone accurately.
• Create and trim dental models to precise specifications.
• Mount models on articulators for diagnostic and prosthetic work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the model room.
• Assist other technicians as needed in daily laboratory operations.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in a dental lab (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of dental terminology (training provided if needed).
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn.

Education & Training

• Diploma or certificate in Dental Technology preferred.
• On-the-job training provided for entry-level applicants.
