Are you a proven dental leader who thrives on accountability, growth, and helping teams succeed?

We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Administrator to join our growing dental organization. This is not a supervisory role where you simply oversee a team from a distance. We are looking for a true leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves, work alongside the front office team, and drive results through coaching, systems, and accountability.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of dental leadership experience
• Prior experience as a Practice Administrator, Office Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role
• Demonstrated success leading dental teams and improving practice performance
• Strong understanding of scheduling, insurance, treatment acceptance, collections, and patient experience
• Ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive, team-oriented leadership style

This Position Is NOT For Someone Who:

• Has only supervised a small team without operational responsibility
• Prefers to manage from behind a desk
• Avoids difficult conversations or accountability
• Is unwilling to jump in and support the front office when needed

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with front office teams to improve daily operations
• Lead scheduling optimization, patient retention, and treatment acceptance initiatives
• Monitor KPIs, collections, production, new patients, and patient experience metrics
• Coach and develop team members through consistent feedback and training
• Conduct morning huddles, team meetings, and performance reviews
• Ensure systems and processes are followed consistently across the practice
• Create a positive culture focused on growth, accountability, and exceptional patient care
