Dental Office Manager – Fast-Growing, Multi-Site Dental Group (Full-Time)

Location: North Miami Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are a fast-growing, high-tech dental group with a multidisciplinary, multi-doctor team and an on-site dental lab. Our focus is delivering high-quality, efficient patient care while maintaining a positive, professional culture for our staff. As we continue to grow and expand to multiple locations, we’re looking for a strong Dental Office Manager who can own operations, drive accountability, and help lead us through this next phase of growth.

Position Overview

The Dental Office Manager will oversee daily operations primary at our North Miami Beach location and support workflows across multiple offices. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who is comfortable holding people accountable, building systems, and partnering closely with doctors and leadership to hit performance and patient care goals.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a busy, fast-growing dental office; support coordination with additional sites as needed
  • Ensure schedules are optimized for multiple doctors and hygienists while maintaining great patient flow
  • Implement and improve systems, checklists, and processes to support growth and efficiency

Team Management & Accountability

  • Lead, coach, and develop front desk, treatment coordinator, and clinical support teams
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance, attendance, and patient experience
  • Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, and performance check-ins

Patient Experience & Customer Service

  • Maintain a welcoming, professional environment for patients
  • Resolve patient concerns in a timely, empathetic, and solutions-focused manner
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out, financial discussions, and follow-up processes

Financial & Administrative

  • Monitor production, collections, new patient numbers, and other key metrics across sites
  • Oversee insurance verification, billing, and collections workflows in coordination with the billing team
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and efficient use of our on-site lab and high-tech equipment

Collaboration with Leadership

  • Work closely with owners and clinical leaders to align on goals and priorities
  • Help roll out new initiatives, technologies, and protocols as the group expands
  • Serve as a key liaison between staff and leadership during growth and change

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of dental office management experience (multi-doctor practice strongly preferred)
  • Prior management experience is required – must be comfortable supervising and directing staff
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, or fast-growing environment
  • Proven ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive culture
  • Experience working with multi-site or multi-provider practices is a plus
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Comfort with high-tech dental environments (digital charting, imaging, practice management software, etc.)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
