Dental Receptionist

Magnum Dental Clinic is a premier provider of high-quality dental care, dedicated to creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for our patients. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to manage daily operations and enhance patient satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction & Appointment Management:

Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.

Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups efficiently.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services.

Administrative Support:

Maintain and update patient records with accuracy.

Process payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries.

Coordinate with dentists and nurses to ensure a seamless workflow.

Customer Service & Communication:

Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients.

Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Assist in explaining treatment plans and payment options.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in reception, front desk, or customer service (preferably in a healthcare or dental setting).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic or Hindi are a plus).
