Skill Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (you’ll be writing emails and SMS messages, so spelling and grammar matter).
• Fast, accurate typing skills.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks while keeping calm under pressure.
• Superb phone skills with incoming and outgoing calls.
• A go-getter attitude; if you see something that needs to be done, you do it.
• A love for working with children and creating a positive experience for families.
