Pediatric Dental Receptionist

At Junior Dental a division of Invisalign Centre Dubai, we believe that every child and parent should feel welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for from the moment they contact our clinic. We are looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Pediatric Dental Receptionist who can manage appointments, communicate clearly with parents, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our pediatric dental clinic.

This role is more than answering calls and booking appointments. It is about creating a positive experience for children and their families, staying one step ahead, and making sure every patient receives timely and attentive support. You will be the main point of contact for parents, patients, doctors, and the clinical team.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have previous experience as a Dental Receptionist in a Pediatric Dental Clinic and understand the unique needs of children and parents in a dental setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome children and parents with a warm and professional approach.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments accurately.
• Send appointment reminders and follow up with parents as needed.
• Handle cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling efficiently.
• Welcome patients and parents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Register new patients and maintain complete and accurate records.
• Coordinate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Process insurance approvals and follow up on pending requests.
• Manage billing, payments, and receipts when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Keep the reception area organised and presentable.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist in a Pediatric Dental Clinic.
• Strong understanding of dental appointment scheduling and patient coordination.
• Experience dealing with children and communicating effectively with parents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, insurance processes, and clinic software.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance procedures is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
