Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator

Our beautiful and new state of the art office has just opened in Spring, TX and we are looking for an energetic and highly-motivated front office administrator who is passionate about helping people solve problems and improve their lives.

We are looking for a warm, organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy Dental Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator who loves people, communicates with calm confidence, and takes pride in making every interaction feel seamless and welcoming. Fluent English/Spanish bilingual skills are strongly preferred. Insurance verification and Open Dental experience strongly preferred. This is a position will be 4 days/week initially with opportunity to transition to 5 days/week as the practice and patient base grows.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries (email, text, calls), and coordinate patient communication with enthusiasm
• Handle check-in, check-out, payments, and patient paperwork smoothly
• Verify insurance coverage/benefits/downgrades/clauses accurately before appointments
• Ensure accuracy of treatment plan estimates
• Present and convert treatment plans
• Offer and walk patient through 3rd party financing payment options clearly
• Maintain accuracy, organization, HIPAA compliance, and strong team communication
• Ensure cleanliness of front office areas

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
