First Stop Dental is a fast-growing startup providing website-building tools and digital marketing solutions tailored specifically for dental practices. We help dental professionals create compelling digital presences that streamline their patient acquisition efforts. Our mission is to become the go-to operational platform for modern dental clinics in the United States.

We are early-stage, fast-moving, and focused on real traction, not vanity metrics.

What You’ll Do (This is NOT a passive role)

  • Proactively reach out to US-based dental practices (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Book and run product demos with dentists and office managers
  • Handle objections like:
  • “I’m too busy”
  • “I already use another tool”
  • “This sounds interesting but not urgent”
  • Close onboarding deals and guide practices through first activation
  • Maintain a clean CRM and clear follow-ups
  • Share weekly insights with founders:
  • Why dentists say no
  • What confuses them
  • What excites them

What Success Looks Like (Very Important)

  • 10–15 demos booked per week
  • 3–5 new dental practices onboarded per week (early target)
  • Clear understanding of dentist objections and buying behavior
  • Consistent improvement in close rate

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience selling to dentists, clinics, or healthcare practices
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (this is non-negotiable)
  • Strong communicator can explain value quickly
  • Organized and persistent (dentists need follow-ups)
  • US market familiarity (language, expectations, tone)

Bonus:

  • Experience selling SaaS
  • Experience in dental software, PMS, billing, staffing, or marketing tools
