About The Role
We are looking for a self-driven End-to-End Sales Executive who will own the complete sales cycle independently from lead generation to deal closure. This role requires someone who can proactively create inbound and outbound opportunities, set up meetings, run sales conversations, and close deals without relying on a separate SDR or marketing-heavy pipeline.
You will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline and directly impacting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
- Own the entire sales lifecycle: prospecting → qualification → discovery → demo → negotiation → closing
- Manage and progress deals independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline status, and forecasts in CRM
Lead Generation (Inbound & Outbound)
- Proactively generate outbound leads via cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, calls, partnerships, and other creative channels
- Qualify and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain a consistent, healthy sales pipeline
Meeting Setup & Sales Execution
- Set up and run discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups
- Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions accordingly
- Handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations
- Close deals and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding or delivery teams
Market & Customer Understanding
- Develop strong knowledge of the product, target market, and customer personas
- Continuously refine messaging based on customer feedback and market trends
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities where applicable
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in full-cycle / end-to-end sales
- Strong outbound sales experience (cold outreach, prospecting)
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable setting meetings and running sales conversations solo
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B sales (especially SaaS or services)
- Experience building sales processes from scratch
- Familiarity with inbound marketing funnels and lead qualification frameworks
