Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales for our marketing services. The ideal candidate is target-driven, confident in client communication, and has a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Present and sell marketing services including digital marketing, branding, social media, and advertising solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Conduct 200+ outbound calls per day and follow up with prospects
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for proposal development
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive (marketing or agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable marketing solutions
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, or branding services
- B2B sales experience
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and LinkedIn outreach
