Dental Technician – Ceramist (Team Leader)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Technician – Ceramist to join with us as a Team Leader. The ideal candidate will not only specialize in creating high-quality ceramic restorations but also lead, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and artistic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the dental laboratory team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Fabricate high-quality ceramic restorations (crowns, veneers, bridges, implant restorations).
• Perform advanced ceramic layering, staining, and glazing techniques for natural aesthetics.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to junior technicians.
• Collaborate with dentists to ensure precision, shade matching, and patient satisfaction.
• Manage workflow, assign tasks, and monitor case progress.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols, safety, and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Dental Technology (or equivalent).
• DOH/DHA/MOH Licensed is required
• Proven experience as a Ceramist with leadership/team lead responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of ceramics, dental materials, and digital workflows (CAD/CAM, zirconia, e.max).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance technical work with team management responsibilities.
