Dental Treatment Coordinator

Are you confident, organized, and comfortable discussing finances with patients? Our growing dental practice is looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team!

This is a key leadership role in our office — ideal for someone who understands dentistry, insurance, and how to guide patients toward accepting the care they need.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of dental office experience
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance, benefits breakdowns, and claim processes
  • Confidence discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Ability to clearly explain out-of-pocket costs and payment options
  • Ability to present both small and large cases clearly and professionally
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Positive, team-first attitude
  • Dentrix experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Present and explain treatment plans with clarity and confidence
  • Verify insurance benefits and provide accurate estimates
  • Discuss financing options and payment arrangements
  • Follow up on unscheduled treatment
  • Coordinate scheduling to support production goals
  • Work closely with doctors, hygiene, and front office team

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, with occasional Fridays

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
