Position: Dental Treatment Coordinator

Location: Summerlin, Las Vegas (Full-Time)

Comp: $21.00–$26.00/hr Base (DOE) + Performance Incentives

What You’ll Do (Own These Outcomes)

High-Impact Case Presentation: Present treatment plans with confidence and empathy. You interpret the Doctor’s clinical findings into "patient-friendly" language.
Financial Architect: Help patients afford the care they need. You are the expert on Insurance breakdown, financing options (Cherry/Sunbit/CareCredit), and internal payment plans.
Strategic Closing: You don't settle for a "Maybe." You view hesitation as an opportunity to help. You proactively identify the true barriers (fear, finances, time) and provide the solutions patients need to feel confident saying "Yes."
Closing & Objection Handling: You don't take "Let me think about it" as a final answer. You uncover the real barrier (fear, money, time) and help the patient overcome it.
Schedule Optimization: Ensure the Doctor’s schedule is productive. You don’t just "fill holes"—you build "Perfect Days" by scheduling high-value procedures effectively.
Insurance & Eligibility: Verify benefits prior to appointments so there are no financial surprises for the patient.
Follow-Up Machine: Manage the "Pending Treatment" pipeline. You proactively call/text unscheduled patients to get them back in the chair.

You Are

Financially Fluent: You can calculate co-pays, explain EOBs, and discuss large dollar amounts without flinching.
Resilient & Persuasive: You are comfortable hearing "No" and turning it into a "Yes."
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Open Dental, digital x-rays, and CRM tools.
Warm & Professional: You make patients feel like family, not just a number.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Dental Treatment Coordination.
Proven track record of high case acceptance and managing AR.
Strong understanding of PPO insurance, limitations, and co-pays.

Bonus Points

Open Dental expertise.
Bilingual (Spanish).
Experience presenting large cases ($5k+ includes implants/ortho).

Compensation & Benefits

Base: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Performance Bonus: Monthly/Quarterly opportunities based on office goals. (Details shared during interview).
