Dental Treatment Coordinator (Experienced)

Active Dental is growing and seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our high-performing team.

We are a fast-growing, privately owned dental group with 5 locations across DFW (Irving, Plano, Frisco, Flower Mound, and Prosper). This role is ideal for a confident professional who thrives in patient communication, case acceptance, and financial coordination.

• Experience Requirement

Only candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar Dental Treatment Coordinator role will be considered.

Position Overview

As a Treatment Coordinator, you are the liaison between doctor and patient. You will confidently present treatment plans, explain financial options, address objections, and ensure patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable moving forward with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and coordinate treatment plans and timelines

• Prepare and explain financial arrangements and fee schedules

• Discuss insurance benefits, eligibility, and estimates

• Handle financial conversations and treatment objections confidently

• Be present during comprehensive exams

• Follow up on large treatment plans and pending cases

• Coordinate referrals and inter-office communication

• Support front office operations, including phones and payments

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar role

• Strong case presentation and patient communication skills

• Comfortable discussing finances and overcoming objections

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
