Job Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator/Financial Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Treatment Coordinator/Financial Coordinator to join our Dental team.

This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth patient experience—from treatment plan presentation to insurance coordination and collections.

You must have 5 years Dental experience with presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements.

Experience with Dentrix a must.

Responsibilities:

• Present and explain treatment plans and financial options to patients
• Verify dental insurance benefits and submit pre-authorizations
• Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
• Post payments (insurance and patient) accurately in Dentrix
• Manage accounts receivable and patient balances
• Coordinate patient financing options and payment plans
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients regarding financial matters
• Work closely with the front desk and clinical team to ensure efficient scheduling and case acceptance
