We are seeking a highly polished, detail-oriented Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our growing, high-performance dental team. This is not a traditional administrative role — this position sits at the intersection of patient experience, clinical excellence, and case acceptance. You will play a critical role in guiding patients through life-changing treatment, helping them understand their options with clarity and confidence, and ensuring a seamless path from consultation to completed care.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Serve as the primary liaison between doctor and patient for all treatment discussions

Present and explain both simple and complex treatment plans with clarity, confidence, and empathy

Translate clinical recommendations into a compelling and understandable patient experience

Verify insurance benefits and build accurate, detailed financial breakdowns

Coordinate and sequence treatment plans for optimal clinical and scheduling efficiency

Guide patients through financial options and remove barriers to starting treatment

Proactively follow up on unscheduled treatment and maintain a strong case acceptance pipeline

Monitor patient progress and ensure continuity of care throughout treatment

Educate patients on post-treatment expectations, medications, and next steps

Maintain strict compliance with all healthcare regulations and internal protocols
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in a dental practice (implant or full-arch experience preferred)

Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment workflows

Experience with Dentrix (or similar PMS)

Proven ability to present treatment plans and convert to scheduled treatment

Exceptional communication skills — confident, clear, and patient-centered

High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism

Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
