We’re currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dentist to provide high-quality dental care in a community-based setting. If you value meaningful work, teamwork, and health equity, this is your opportunity to make a difference.
Schedule:
- Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive diagnostic, preventive, and restorative dental care
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative dental care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and medical providers for integrated care
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous professional development
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational standards
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Current and unrestricted Ohio Dental License
- Community health or FQHC experience preferred
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Culturally competent with a passion for working with diverse populations
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative care environment
