Dentist

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our client's dental practice . The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience and be able to work full time .

Proficiency in surgical extractions and a fair amount of endo is required. If profient in placing implants it would be a plus, but it is not required.

Ideally a strong commitment to patient care and have a comprehensive understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and best practices. This role requires proficiency in various dental treatments, including root canal therapy, oral surgery, and general restorative procedures. The dentist will work with an amazing team to provide high-quality dental care in a state of the art office.

Duties

• Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose conditions.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including root canal therapy, oral surgery, and dental fabrication.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs while explaining procedures and options clearly.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic software and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term health.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best possible care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license with the ability to practice dentistry.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and infection control standards.
• Experience with endo or implants would be great, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
