Job Title: Cosmetic & Implant Dentist – Smile Design Specialist

Location: Avana Smile Design – Miami, FL

Position Type: Full-Time

Overview:
Avana Smile Design is seeking an experienced and passionate Dentist with advanced expertise in smile design, dental implants, All-on-4 procedures, veneers, and crowns. The ideal candidate will have several years of proven clinical experience in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced cosmetic dentistry procedures, including smile design, veneers, crowns, and bridges.
• Provide implant placement and restoration, including All-on-4 and full-mouth rehabilitation cases.
• Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans with a patient-centered approach.
• Collaborate with the clinical and lab teams to ensure precision and optimal results in aesthetic dentistry.
• Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and aftercare to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with dental regulations.
• Stay current with the latest dental technologies, trends, and continuing education in cosmetic dentistry.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Florida Dental License in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetic and implant dentistry.
• Proven expertise in smile design, dental implants, All-on-4, veneers, and crowns.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with patients.
• Commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using digital smile design software.
• Advanced training in implantology and prosthodontics.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $350,000.00 - $380,000.00 per year
