General Dentist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist with experience in cosmetic dentistry, particularly composite and porcelain veneers (smile designs). The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn new techniques, and committed to working as part of a team. Bilingual ability is important for this role. The dentist will provide high-quality care to patients of all ages while ensuring comfort and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments.
• Provide preventive care, including cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments.
• Conduct restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
• Perform advanced procedures like root canal therapy and extractions.
• Design and place composite and porcelain veneers (smile designs).
• Collaborate with hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry setting.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Use medical imaging technology for diagnostics and treatment planning.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Provide tailored care for pediatric patients.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license.
• Strong experience in veneers and cosmetic dentistry is essential.
• Experience in a dental office preferred.
• Knowledge of prosthodontics is a plus.
• Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is advantageous.
• Proficiency in documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $169,995.00 - $200,000.00 per year
