Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient comfort. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. As a Dentist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating various dental conditions while promoting overall oral health.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and treatment plans.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and prosthodontics.
  • Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments using Dentrix software.
  • Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics as needed.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Skills

  • Proficiency in prosthodontics and other dental specialties.
  • Strong understanding of medical records management and dental terminology.
  • Familiarity with dental office operations, including patient scheduling and billing processes.
  • Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques for enhanced efficiency during procedures.
  • Excellent patient assessment skills to accurately diagnose conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and provide exceptional care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $235,784.00 - $241,589.00 per year
